The Head honcho of Low Budget Pictures. Chris Started making films at the ripe young age of 7 and started LBP in 1991. His goal has been to make off the wall comedy horror films for the galaxy to enjoy and so far hes half way there.
Chris grew up loving The horror exploits of Romero, Raimi, Kaufman, Savini, Corman, Band, Jackson, Freddy and Jason. On the comedy side of things he latched onto Monty Python, Airplane, The Zucker Brothers, MST3K Etc.. and on the music side of things he GOT DOWN with Devo, The Cars, Oingo Boingo and Ska Music.
The natural direction his filmmaking would take would be to Mix all of these styles and influences into one Messy pot. THUS the LBP style was born. He believes in making TRULY independent movies, and LOVES to spread the word and wonder of Shot On Video movies around like so much Peter North seed. He is currently working on a whole SLEW of new films since he started the company with no end in sight.
He is also in his 3rd year of training to become an Asgardian warrior. He seems to be doing alright, although has a tendancy to use his sword for chopping up Guatamalian prostitutes (That's whores 
for you young kids) for not giving him the proper respect when he walks into a room. He also feels that peole that think the Dark Knight is one of the greatest films ever made should be skinned alive and then tickled in the bung hole with a rabbid mongoose.
Seaver also Highly endorses ejaculating on your life partner's face and breasts, its quite breathtaking. Make no mistake, You will have a reaction watching a Chris Seaver film, good or bad, you will either love them or hate them and if thats the case he is doing his job, getting a reaction.
